1. Can i pay by cash or card on delivery?
Due to current COVID situation and as part of our contact-less delivery initiative, we are not accepting cash. All orders are pre-paid online. Soon we are considering to bring back COD (Card, Cash on Delivery).
2. Where are your products coming from?
We produce and procure directly from Farms across Tamilnadu. Villages near Dindugal, Theni, Kodaikanal, Ooty, Krishnagiri are our sourcing points. Many small and medium holding farmers are part of our network.
3. I live abroad. My elderly parents live in Chennai. Can i order on-behalf? Will you deliver?
Yes, very much. You can order on-behalf, mention clear address with landmark, local contact number(s). We will deliver it. We respect and take so much precaution while servicing senior citizens. If gated community security permits, we do door step delivery (will be kept outside the door).
4. What if you missed to deliver a product?
We have a strong operating procedure so there will not be any missing products. However, due to un-avoidable circumstances, if we miss to deliver any of the ordered product(s), respective amount will be refunded to your account or equivalent value will be added as reward points which can be used for future purchases.
5. How and when should i report about missing product?
Missing product details to be informed on the same day you received the order along with a photo of order copy which is kept inside the bag. Send this info to email@example.com or Whats App +91-96771-15550
6. How I can claim for the damaged products?
We are taking so much care in grading and delivery process. At times, during transit or handling, products may get damaged. In such cases, if reported on the same day (or maximum time to report issue is 10 AM next day) we will initiate the refund or if agreed, we will add Reward Points which can be used for during your next purchase.
